Newly-crowned Premier League Champions Chelsea can hit the 90-point barrier with a win over lowly Watford on Monday night.

Having claimed the Premier League title in only his first season in charge, perfectionist Antonio Conte will now look to end the campaign on a positive note by winning the last two games, securing a 93-point haul in the process (just two behind the Premier League record of 95 achieved by the club in 2005).

The Blues wrapped up the title with two games to spare by winning 1-0 at West Bromwich Albion on Friday night. And while the fans will be in party mood, there is still a job to do on the pitch and the Coach will want to remain professional to the end, especially as they have less than two weeks to prepare for an FA Cup final. The Hertfordshire side still have some injury issues at the back, so they can be expected to leak goals again on Monday night.
