Deportivo La Coruna can book their place in next year`s Premier League roster with a win over Getafe this weekend. Meanwhile, their opponents will continue their own battle for survival as they attempt to haul themselves out of the drop zone.

One win in 19 Depor

Deportivo La Coruna have won just one of their last 19 La Liga games and could find themselves dragged into the relegation battle if they fail pick up any points this weekend. The Galician side currently have a six point cushion over the bottom three with just three games left to play.

On home soil, they have won just one of their last nine league games, having also drawn four and lost four, and have failed to keep a clean sheet in 2016. In their last game at La Riazor, they were demolished 8-0 by league leaders Barcelona.

Getafe leaving it late

Three weeks ago, Getafe were winless in 13 league games and looked to be on course for certain relegation from the top flight. However, an unexpected win away to Real Sociedad followed by a draw at home to Valencia has given the team from Madrid a late lifeline.

Juan Esnáider`s men are still three points adrift of safety but at least have some momentum on their side. A win in Galicia could give them even more confidence heading into their last two games.

Luisinho, German Lux and Fabricio are all out of action for the home side.

Meanwhile, the visitors will have to make do without Alvaro Pereira, Juan Cala and Emiliano Velazquez, while Henok Goitom is a doubt.
