A point will be enough to send world champions Germany into the last four of the Confederations Cup, while opponents Cameroon must win to stand any chance of progressing.

Despite enjoying world champion status, Germany have used a predominantly experimental squad throughout this contest. However, their young charges have equipped themselves well so far, remaining unbeaten and on course for a place in the last four.

After squeezing 3-2 past Australia, Joachim Low`s men put in a solid display to earn a 1-1 draw against a strong Chile side last time out. A single point from this game would see them progress from the group.

Meanwhile, this is a must win game for Cameroon, who may also need a two-goal winning margin in order to emerge from Group B. However, they have managed just one goal in the tournament so far and will need to improve significantly if they are to overcome the Germans.

Last time out, the African side played out a 1-1 draw against Australia and prior to that, they were comfortably beaten 2-0 by Chile.

The team that won the African Cup of Nations just a few months ago have so far failed to live up tom expectations and will be heading home unless they can pull off a major shock. With just three goals scored on only one win in their last five internationals, the odds do not look good for the Indomitable Lions.
