Premier League preview and odds: Crystal Palace vs AFC Bournemouth

February 2, 2016 20:00pm - Selhurst Park

Premier League

Stalling side Crystal Palace will try to get their season back on track on Tuesday when they take on a Bournemouth team hoping to remain clear of the Premier League drop zone.

Palace without a win in six

After a strong start to the season, Crystal Palace have suffered an alarming dip in form. The Londoners have lost their last four leagues games in row and are without a win in six. As a result, they have fallen down the table and now occupy 11th place with a total of 31 points.

The Eagles come into this game on the back of a 1-3 home defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, and prior that they were hammered 4-0 away to Manchester City. In total, Alan Pardew`s men have conceded 11 goals in their last four games.

AFC Bournemouth

Bournemouth have done well to keep themselves in a position of safety for most of the season, but they will want to maintain that trend going into the final few months. They have been picking up points on a regular basis and have lost just two of their last nine games.

Last time out. Eddie Howe`s men grabbed a point on the road at Sunderland, and prior to that they picked up a valuable 3-0 win against relegation rivals Norwich. A win on Tuesday would move them to within three points of their opponents.

Team news

The home side will have to make do without Joe Ledley, Yohan Cabaye, Dwight Gayle and Kwesi Appiah. Meanwhile, the visitors will continue without the services of Matt Ritchie, Tokelo Rantie, Callum Wilson, Tyrone Mings and Max Gradel.
