Getafe can continue their slow climb up the La Liga table on Saturday with a win over 14th-ranked Real Betis at Coliseum Alfonso Pérez.

Getafe unbeaten in four

Madrid minnows Getafe have lost just one of their last seven La Liga matches having also recorded two wins and four draws. That lone defeat came away to Real Madrid at the beginning of November. They are currently on a four-game unbeaten run that included three straight draws and an away win in Gijon last time out.

As a result, Fran Escribá`s team have risen to 13th place in La Liga table and now have a five-point cushion over the relegation places. They are also unbeaten in their last four home games having won one and drawn three.

Betis looking to halt recent slide

A run of five winless games, comprising of three defeats and two draws, has seen Real Betis fall to 14th place in La Liga table. In their last two league games they were beaten 4-0 away to Barcelona, and by the same score-line at home to Eibar. They followed up the defeat to the Basque Country side with another home defeat to Sevilla in the Copa del Rey.

The team from Seville has actually been more successful on the road this term, having notched up an impressive four away wins - only Atletico Madrid and Celta de Vigo have won more games away from home.

Getafe are without the injured trio of Alexis, Emiliano Buendia and Alvaro Medran.

Meanwhile, the away side will be without Molinero, Heiko Westermann and Bruno Gonzalez for this clash.
