Estonia vs Belgium - World Cup Qualification Europe Preview and Odds

June 09, 2017 19:45pm - A. Le Coq Arena

World Cup Qualification - Group H

Estonia may come into this game unbeaten in four matches but that run featured a pair of draws against St. Kitts and Nevis and Cyprus, and a narrow 1-0 win over Antigua and Barbuda. However, a 3-0 friendly win over Croatia last time out provided a much more positive signal despite the lack of key opposition players including Modric, Rakitic and Mandzukic.

There is no doubt that they will have to be at their very best on Friday night, after all, the last time these two met (in the reverse fixture back in November) the Belgians cruised to an 8-1 win.

Meanwhile, the visitors will seek to maintain their stronghold at the top of Group H by completing the double over their opponents. The Red Devils are unbeaten in the campaign, with their only dropped points coming in 1-1 draw against second-ranked Greece last time out. In that run, they have notched up 22 goals, while conceding just two. Their overall unbeaten streak now extends to eight games, with their last defeat coming against Spain in a friendly clash.

Betting odds and tips

Estonia are currently ranked 98th in the world, 91 places below Belgium. As a result, the home win will not offer any value in this match. However, Belgium/Over 3.5 Goals looks decent at price of 11/10 or better.

In other markets, Romelu Lukaku could also be worth backing at 5/2 in the First Goal Score market.

You can back Belgium/Over 3.5 Goals at 11/10, while Romelu Lukaku can be backed in the First Goal Scorer market at 5/2 with Bet365.
