A season to forget for Chelsea
Last week, Chelsea played a crucial role in handing their Premier League crown to Leicester City by holding Tottenham Hotspur to a draw in the Monday night clash at Stamford Bridge. They will now play out the last game of what has been a poor season by their standards by welcoming the new champions to London.
Guus Hiddink will take charge of the Londoners for the last time, while John Terry could also make his final bow as an offer of a new contract has yet to materialise.
