The battle for top four places continues on Sunday afternoon as sixth-ranked Manchester United take on fourth-ranked Chelsea at Old Trafford.

The hosts have lost seven of their last nine matches in all competitions and four of their last six in the Premier League. Their only saving grace is their strong home form, with the only defeat in their last 15 coming last time out against Manchester City.

The Red Devils can move level on points with their opponents with a win but would remain outside of the top four unless they can overturn a +8 goal difference. In the reverse fixture back in October, the Manchester club held the Londoners to a 2-2 draw. The two also met in the FA Cup back in February, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer`s men running out 2-0 winners.

Meanwhile, Chelsea know they will qualify for the Champions League if they win all their remaining games, two of which are away from home. The Blues are also still in contention for the Europa League, leaving them with more than one CL qualification route open.

Maurizio Sarri`s men have lost five of their last seven away matches in the league and failed to score in all of those defeats. The exceptions were wins at bottom-three sides Cardiff City and Fulham.

Manchester United have been strong at home this season but their recent displays have left little to be positive about ahead of this game - despite Chelsea`s poor away form.
