Recovering Genoa can pull further away from the danger zone with a win on Sunday against a Frosinone side who are also fighting for their Serie A future.
Genoa finding form at the right time
A recent record of three wins in five games has put Genoa in with a good chance of surviving the dreaded drop to Serie B. A 3-1 defeat to second-ranked Napoli last time out shouldn`t have damped their spirits too much, as no team has beaten the side from Naples away from home in the league this season.
Prior to that defeat, I Rossoblu secured back-to-back wins against Torino (3-2) and Empoli (1-0) to give themselves a six-point cushion over the first relegation position. On home soil, they are unbeaten in six, having won four and drawn the other two.
Frosinone out to avoid instant Serie B return
After winning promotion to Serie A last term, Frosinone now face a battle to retain their top-flight status for another year. With seven games left to play, they are only one point away from safety, although their inferior goal difference may have to be taken into account.
They come into this game on the back of an impressive 0-0 draw at home to Champions League-chasing Fiorentina. Away from home, they have won just once all season, having also drawn two and lost 11 games. No team has concede more goals this season than Roberto Stellone`s men.

Nicolas Burdisso, Cristian Ansaldi and Ezeqiel Munoz are all in the treatment room for the home side.
Meanwhile, Alessandro Frara will be missing for the visiting team.
